Day 9: 1/3 of the way there and I’ve lost 5kg!

Today I decided to clean the house and I did notice that whenever I stood quickly from sitting or bending down, that I received a bit of a head rush which lasted for a few seconds. This was quite consistent so I assume that is one of the effects of the fast.
It was 3:30am this morning when I sat down to write this (I’m writing this one day late) so I decided to give myself the night off and write it tomorrow. Apologies to anyone who was waiting with baited breath.
Other than the slight head rushing, nothing else has changed – still full of energy and fighting fit.

How do you lose 5kg in 10 days?
Yup, just stop eating!
This is what 5kg looks like: 1kg of Vital Greens + 1kg cake + 1kg weight + 1kg yoghurt + 1kg honey. Another way to put it is that it is about the weight of an average head.
Today I weighed in and have lost 5kg exactly. Again, after a week I’ll update my graphs so you can see the progression.
I’m going to get on with today’s post instead of writing too much here.
Seeing as the weight I’ve lost is the equivalent to the weight of an average human head, I thought I’d show you what this looks like. Here’s a fun photo of me on my motorbike.
